Privacy Policy

Effective October 23, 2026. Applies to the Advanced Sending website and platform.

Who we are

Advanced Sending LLC (Nevada, United States) runs the Advanced Sending platform, which customers use to send permission-based email and SMS. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and what choices you have. Questions go to contact@advancedsending.com.

Data we handle

We handle data in three groups.

  • Website visitors. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you email us, we keep your message and address to answer it.
  • Customer accounts. Names, work email addresses, and sign-in records of the people who use a customer workspace, plus billing details handled by our payment processor.
  • Customer contacts. Our customers upload their own contacts (email addresses, phone numbers, and fields the customer chooses) and the platform records sends, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes and consent. Each customer decides what to upload and why. For this data we act on the customer's instructions, and the customer is responsible for having the right to message those contacts.

Google user data and Limited Use

What we access. With a customer's permission, Advanced Sending accesses two kinds of Google data. The first is email metadata, meaning Gmail labels and selected message headers, from a mailbox the customer connects and controls (the gmail.metadata permission). The second is domain-level email performance statistics for the customer's sending domains, provided by Google's email tools and services. These integrations do not give us access to message bodies or attachments, and we never send, change, move or delete mail.

Why. We use this data to measure where a customer's own messages are filed when they reach the mailboxes the customer controls, and to provide email deliverability reporting inside the customer's workspace. We use it for nothing else.

What we keep. For a connected mailbox: the account address, an encrypted refresh token, and the results we derive. For domain statistics: aggregate figures per domain per day, and the access credential we use to read them. Message headers are used to produce a result and are not stored. Refresh tokens are stored encrypted in secure secrets storage and are not kept in application databases.

Sharing. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising or credit decisions, or use it to train AI models. People at Advanced Sending do not read it unless the account owner asks us to, it is needed to investigate abuse or a security problem, or the law requires it.

Ending access. Disconnecting a mailbox in the platform revokes its token at Google and deletes our copy, and we stop reading from it. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Stored results and statistics are deleted when the workspace ends, or earlier if you ask us at contact@advancedsending.com.

Advanced Sending's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use data

We use data to run the platform, deliver and report on customers' messages, apply suppression and consent rules, secure the service, bill for it, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where data lives and who helps us

Each customer's workspace data is held in a dedicated database in cloud infrastructure set up for that customer. We rely on infrastructure, network protection and payment service providers, who may handle data only to provide their service to us. Customers choose and connect their own email and SMS sending providers, and message content passes to those providers so they can deliver it. We do not give other third parties access to customer data except where the law requires.

Retention

Customer data is kept while the workspace is active and deleted after it ends, on the schedule set out in the customer's agreement. Tokens are deleted when a mailbox is disconnected. Other Google-derived results and statistics are kept until the workspace ends or you ask us to delete them. Records we must keep, such as unsubscribe and consent logs and billing records, are kept as long as the law or our legal duties require. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request.

Security

We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for secrets, separate databases per customer, and access controls and audit logs for staff access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell affected customers promptly if we find a breach of their data.

Your choices

If a customer sent you a message, use the unsubscribe link in it or reply STOP to an SMS and the sender will stop. To see, correct or delete personal data held about you, contact the business that messaged you, or email contact@advancedsending.com and we will pass it to the right customer or act on it. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area) you may have further rights, and you may complain to your local privacy regulator.

Children

The platform is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
